www.rabobankamerica.com - Charles "Chuck" Caswell has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial risk officer at Rabobank, N.A., announced CEO Ronald Blok. As chief financial risk officer, Caswell will be responsible for financial forecasting and planning, budgets, accounting, treasury, and interest rate and operational risk management. He is based in Roseville and reports directly to Blok.
Caswell brings more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial services to the post. Prior to joining Rabobank, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer for First Charter Corporation in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Caswell also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Integra Bank in Evansville, Indiana, and RBC Centura Banks in Rocky Mount,
North Carolina. Caswell began his career at Sanwa Business Credit Corporation in Chicago as a funding coordinator and treasury analyst.
Caswell earned a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's in finance, both from the University of Illinois.
