HARTSDALE, N.Y. – Central Eyes Optical, Westchester’s premier eyewear boutique, will now be offering extended services to local nursing homes.
The highest-rated optical company in Westchester will make house calls to offer professional eye-care services and frame and lens sales. Some of the nursing homes gaining the service include Schnurmacher Center For Rehab & Nursing, White Plains Center For Nursing Care, LLC, Nathan Miller Center For Nursing Care, all located in White Plains, and Elant at Brandywine Inc in Briarcliffe.
“We are offering a service that hasn’t existed for quite some time,” Says Owner Terry Schneider. “We are very excited for this opportunity.”
Schneider will also be offering special discounts exclusively to the nursing homes. Additionally, he offers a number of services, including free glasses, to first responders to thank them for being our local heroes.
“We like to give back to the community in any way we can,” says Schneider.
Schneider started the company in 2000 with the vision of creating a place where people won’t need to spend a fortune in order to look fashionable, all while providing clear vision. The store offers a variety of specialty lenses and frames, featuring classic, rimless, wood, titanium, glitz, hand painted, domestic and imported frames.
