Paris, January 18, 2013
CeGeREAL has today announced the signature of a new nine-year lease with Crédit
Foncier, its largest tenant.
Crédit Foncier has occupied all of the 31,900 square meters of offices at Rives
de Bercy since the building was delivered in 2003. It has decided to extend the
lease for a further seven years until December 2021, well beyond the next
possible exit date of February 2015. The contract is a green lease, which should
make it easier to obtain "HQE Exploitation" environmental certification for the
building.
Raphaël Tréguier, CeGeREAL's Chief Executive Officer, said "We are very pleased
to announce this lease extension, which is the best possible proof of Crédit
Foncier's satisfaction with the high quality working environment and amenities
offered by Rives de Bercy."
