Houston is reportedly struggling to overcome a relapse of drug abuse problems that has stalled her comeback, but WHEN A MAN LOVES A WOMAN singer Bolton is among the big names rooting for her.

I've met and done fundraisers with her, I've never performed with her.
"She has a voice, an instrument and also a soul that I would love to have singing my songs. I'd love to have Whitney step up and deliver something with all she's got."
