Davis, who is MISCHA BARTON's ex-boyfriend, was videoed making derogatory comments about the young star while hotel heiress PARIS HILTON laughed in the background.
During the tirade against the MEAN GIRLS star, Davis attacked Lohan's personal hygiene, lifestyle and former boyfriend, WILMER VALDERRAMA. According to Us publication In Touch, Lohan is reportedly demanding Davis make a formal apology on camera. GIRLS GONE WILD creator JOE FRANCIS had previously said that Davis had allegedly called Lohan to apologise, but she wants him to go one step further.
In addition to the formal apology, she is reportedly asking him to make a $250,000 (£139,000) donation to a charity of her choosing.
