SANTA ANA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/10/12 -- Carrington Capital Management, LLC ("Carrington"), a subsidiary of Carrington Holding Company, LLC, and American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. ("AHMSI") announced today that they have entered into an agreement that brings to a close the action filed by Carrington against AHMSI in 2009 and resolves the disputes reflected in the action, along with any other disputes between the parties in the past.
