Cargotec's year 2012 annual report and financial statements published

Cargotec Corporation's annual report 2012 and financial statements for the
accounting period 1 January-31 December 2012 have been published in English and
Finnish on the company's website at  annualreport2012.cargotec.com/.

The online annual report includes the financial statements, the Board of
Directors' report and the Auditors' report. The annual report provides
comprehensive reviews of the MacGregor, Kalmar and Hiab business areas in the
year 2012. At the download centre, ready-made entities can be downloaded and
tailored reports can be created.

Cargotec has also published its corporate governance statement 2012 together
with the annual report 2012. The corporate governance statement has been
