CardioNet's patient monitoring services remain fully intact and the Company expects no significant disruption to its patient monitoring operations.

The Company's corporate headquarters remain structurally sound, sustaining damage that will require employees to work remotely on a temporary basis. The fire has been contained and no CardioNet employees sustained any injury. The Company's corporate Web site and email service have been disrupted temporarily and the Company

is undertaking efforts to get them back online as quickly as possible.
