Cardinal Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:CFNL) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share. This dividend will be paid on November 19, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 5, 2009.
