2012-01-13 20:34:29 - Phoenix body shop - Capitol Collision Repair, a well known authority in the Phoenix auto body repair industry has remodeled their website to provide a wealth of information for consumers.

Phoenix, Arizona, January 13, 2012 Capitol Collision Repair in Phoenix, AZ has redeveloped their website to provide industry information for consumers. Founded in 1987 by owner Dan Deary, Capitol Collision Repair has grown from a small family owned body shop with just a few employees to one of the largest body shops in Phoenix.

Their first website was developed to help promote their business as print directories where on the way out and internet marketing started to show results. The original site provided business information, a brief history of Capitol Collision and a way for customers to contact them. Owner, Dan Deary states, "Capitol's first site really took off, we were getting tons of traffic form people looking for a body

shop in Phoenix, but there wasn't a lot of industry information."

Their new site is much more in depth Dan states "The site was redesigned from the ground up. We had good traffic stats to where I felt that we could provide people with unique, hard to find information to help people make an informed decision about their collision repair. All auto body shops aren't the same, nor are the type of auto body repair they're going to receive." "The plan he had made sense and there was a definite need for it" says Ryan Blank, the lead web designer contracted to complete the task. "My team brain stormed on it with Dan and Capitol's staff for over a month, gathering ideas from the companies combined experience in the auto body repair industry." "They knew all the repeat questions customers had asked over the years, all we had to do was create an easy to navigate platform to provide it to them."

After nearly four months of development the site was ready to launch. "They really hit a home run with the site," says Dan, "it's much more than I had ever envisioned. The site is comparable to that of a large news site and still easy to navigate." Capitol Collision's web site contains 30 unique pages, such as articles ranging from; collision repair customer rights with insurance companies, Inferior after-market parts information to what to look for when buying a "restored salvage vehicle". Other pages include videos, types of warranties, interactive estimates and ways to help find a reputable body shop, not just in Phoenix, but the information is universal nationwide. "We're adding new articles and information daily to keep up with changes in the collision repair industry." Future plans in work include information on truck lettering, car wraps and general automotive repair. It's Dan's vision to have Capitol Collision's web site lead the automotive industry for information, and he's got a good start on it.
