MIAMI BEACH, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/14/12 -- Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach is closing in on a complete sell-out, with more than 95 percent of residences sold and just 12 remaining in the three towers. The properties moved quickly over the past two years, despite tumultuous times for residential real estate in South Florida.

A small number of penthouses, townhouses and two-bedroom residences spread across the three towers were available in early November, said Michael Sadov, Real Estate Sales Director at Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach. They included a designer-furnished townhouse in the North Tower; the model residence has three bedrooms, a den and 3.5 baths, with 18-foot floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows that have ocean views.

Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach has sold 119 new residences this year, an average of one every three days. During that time, buyers snapped up 82 condominiums in the North Tower. The remaining new residences were in the Center and South towers.

Strong demand for homes has resulted in exceptional sales since marketing of the residences began in late 2010 for the Center and South Towers. The North Tower opened in March 2011.

People from the Northeast who visit South Florida continue to show strong interest in Canyon Ranch Living homes, Sadov said.

"Buyers visiting Canyon Ranch this winter will likely have to purchase a resale," said Sadov. "Most of those will be in the South or Center Towers."
