Complinet, the leading provider of connected compliance solutions to the global financial services industry, has announced that Calyon London branch has chosen and implemented an interactive classroom training tool from Complinet for Know Your Customer (KYC) regulation.
Calyon London branch has selected and deployed Complinet's interactive classroom training to train staff on KYC due diligence requirements when identifying clients in order to assist in the prevention of financial crime. The interactive learning tool assists client-facing professionals with the process and paperwork necessary to satisfy UK KYC requirements and will be delivered in a workshop format to facilitate understanding of the principles that need to be adhered to.
David Skade, Head of Financial Security and MLRO commented:
"KYC is not just a tick box exercise. When training staff, it is vital that the overall process is understood and knowledge of your customers' business activity is monitored and evaluated throughout the lifecycle of the relationship. We had very specific requirements and it was important to find the right provider. Complinet understood what we needed and demonstrated an understanding of our vision for training. Complinet delivered a tailored KYC interactive training program that has met with our expectations."
Mark Martin, Training Director, Complinet said: "We are very pleased that Calyon London branch selected us as their training provider. Our team was careful to ensure that we not only understood their requirements but could deliver all the positive elements of e-learning in an interactive environment. We are confident that Calyon London branch's KYC training plan will provide them with all the information and tools necessary to demonstrate KYC due diligence and aid in the completeness and quality of files submitted for validation."
