- The Board of Directors of California First National Bancorp (NASDAQ: CFNB) today declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of 12 cents ($.12) per share. The dividend will be payable on October 10, 2008 to all stockholders of record at the close of business on September 26, 2008.
