C2 Workshop announces the launch of "Six Sigma DMAIC Yellow Belt", an online course to train executives on the fundamentals of Six Sigma and the DMAIC process.

Six Sigma is a business strategy that focuses on product and service excellence, to create a culture that demands perfection. The DMAIC methodology is the roadmap to achieving this target. This e-Learning course attempts to train novices on the principles of Six Sigma and takes them through the DMAIC process. This course is divided into seven modules – Introduction, Define, Measure, Basic Statistics, Analyze, Improve and Control.

The course uses an engaging dialog-based theme to present the contents, and presents various characters (who are experts on different areas of the Six Sigma DMAIC process)

to guide the learner through the concepts, who in turn asks questions to clarify difficult concepts.
