www.car.org - The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (C.A.R.) today announced that Costello & Sons Insurance (CSI) is C.A.R.'s endorsed insurance broker for members' insurance needs. Through its relationship with CSI, Real Estate Risk Services LLC (RERS), a subsidiary of C.A.R., will offer competitive, comprehensive insurance products specifically designed for REALTORS(R) throughout California.

RERS will consolidate several of the current

C.A.R. insurance offerings supporting all aspects of a real estate brokerage, from errors and omission (E&O) and workers' compensation insurance to home and automobile insurance. One important value-added component of the new program will be a comprehensive no-obligation risk analysis and insurance needs assessment for REALTORS(R).

CSI is a third generation insurance brokerage firm founded in 1939, with offices statewide. CSI uses only "A-Rated" insurance companies and has a wide selection of policies available for individual REALTORS(R) as well as brokers. CSI offers multiple insurance options to provide REALTORS(R) with the best insurance fit for their brokerage, regardless of size.

Insurance discounts also may be available for REALTORS(R) using RELAY(TM) Transaction Management Software, American Home Shield(R), or Fidelity National Home Warranty products. CSI also is working closely with C.A.R.'s Strategic Defense Program to ensure REALTORS(R) continue to receive superior legal counsel in addition to risk management evaluations and training.
