Reference is made to the stock exchange notice issued on 14 February 2012
regarding BWG Homes ASA (BWG) contemplated Private Placement of up to NOK
300-400 million (the "Private Placement").

BWG is pleased to announce that Arctic Securities has received applications for
more than NOK 400 million at a price of NOK 11.50 per share. The application
period for the Private Placement will therefore close today, 14 February 2012 at
20:45 CET.



Arctic Securities ASA acts as manager in the   Private Placement.
