BW Offshore: Successfully completed bond issue

BW Offshore Limited has successfully completed a NOK 500 million senior
unsecured bond issue with maturity in March 2018. Settlement date is expected to
be 21 March 2013. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs.

DNB Markets, Nordea Markets, SEB Markets and Swedbank First Securities acted as
joint lead managers for the bond issue.
