robotics summer camp for 5 consecutive days, each day 4 hours session, in total 20 hours properly divided into theory and hands on sessions. At the end of the robotics summer camp we organize a small competition among the participants of the workshop so that the students get the real feel of competitive environment.
Batches are commencing from 20th April 2009. RoboCubs, a venture of Technophilia, in the field of educational robotics, today announced the launch of RoboCubs, a summer camp which aims to offer a nourishing robotic learning experience which will help kids learn science and Technologies in more practical and fun manner. The camp will start from April 20th, 2009 at Yousufguda-Hyderabad and Mumbai.
The camp is targeted at
students who are in the age group of 10-18 years. It is a 5 day course in which the children will spend 4 hours daily learning to implement various concepts of electronics, basic mechanics, robotics, science and mathematics in a practical way. Further it will also provide hands on exposure to robot building and designing, enhance problem solving skills and help logic development. Robotics being a multi-disciplinary field gives the students the advantage of working on all their favorite technical topics on a common platform.
Technophilia strives to provide quality training programmes, aimed at developing students to be more productive thinkers at their critical stage of education. To be more productive thinkers, our training methods and programs aim at developing students to creatively generate ideas and critically evaluate them.
The training programmes and their supporting products are carefully developed and designed by Technohilia R&D team to ensure that these core skills are incorporated in the programmes.
The training will be provided by experts in the field of robot building. The course would include a take away multi sensored reprogrammable Robotic Kit. The kit has been developed after two years of extensive research at R&D department of Technophilia involving students, faculty and experts. This robotics kit is an indigenously developed product and will more accessible to students as compared to other international brands which are inaccessible due to their high pricing.
RoboCubs’s endeavor is to increase awareness, exposure and provide appropriate tools for 9-16 year old, so that they can explore science and technology through fun way of robotics. With years of exhaustive research at our R&D center of Technophilia we have come up with the robotic kit and training program which is certified by IIT Roorkee Hobbies Club ,will enable young minds to learn science and mathematics in practical way.

About Technophilia
Technophilia is a company in the field of educational robotics.
Technophilia is a National leader in Educational Robotics and Embedded Systems. Technophilia have undertaken workshops on Robotics in major technical institutes all over India namely IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) and NIT (National Institute of Technology) covering 20,000 students in around 150 institutes. Technophilia is the only company in India formulating research and development especially for Robotics education.
RoboCubs, a initiative of Technophilia, is a venture in the field of educational robotics targeting young students. It aims at introducing robotics to the very roots of our education system. To inculcate practical learning amidst a competitive atmosphere, RoboCubs brings to you various products, training programs and competitions.
The question which led to the birth of RoboCubs is ‘why the students in India are lagging behind if the robotics scenario abroad is so advanced. All they need is a platform to start off. RoboCubs aims to provide such a platform to the young minds to the country and encourage them further in the field of robotics.
