- Bear Stearns Merchant Banking (BSMB) today announced the departure of Bodil M. Arlander, who was based in San Francisco. Following its pending spin-out, BSMB will not continue to maintain a San Francisco office as BSMB becomes an independent entity. BSMB intends to move its operations from its current location to new offices in New York City, where substantially all
of BSMB professionals are located.
John D. Howard, Chief Executive Officer of BSMB, remarked that Bodil M. Arlander, a founding partner of BSMB, will not continue with BSMB following the spin-out. Mr. Howard further noted that BSMB is grateful for Bo Arlander's service with, and contributions to, BSMB, and that BSMB wishes her well in her future endeavors.
