PIERCE BROSNAN has settled a legal battle with a photographer who claims the former JAMES BOND star attacked him at a California mall.
Rob Rosen alleged the Irish actor "punched, hit, struck and attacked" him when he attempted to take photos of Brosnan shopping in Malibu in October 2007.
The pair has settled out of court, with Rosen telling TMZ.com, "The terms are confidential, but both parties are happy with the outcome."
