Since its founding in 1993 as a regional therapy provider, Invo has experienced exponential growth. Today, Invo reaches children and families with special needs in educational programs nationwide to provide them with the support they need to succeed.



Brookwood is working with Invo to create a comprehensive, easy-to-use system to alleviate the administrative burden that has grown with the number of new families and agencies Invo services as well as the increasing number of professional therapists required to meet client needs. The existing applications contain a vast amount of identical

data that require similar information, such as name and address, be entered 3 or 4 times.
The new system will reduce the time associated with data entry and ultimately increase efficiency.



As Invo has grown from a small regional supplier of highly skilled health professionals to a national supplier, its systems have grown organically to support the service of new patients and agencies as well as the addition of new therapists. The size and success of the organization has clearly caused it to outgrow the existing software systems that once serviced the organization so well.



Invo Healthcare will have a single, fully integrated, state-of-the-art system for both internal and external use when the software development project is complete. The new system will provide a user-friendly interface for therapists and field professionals as well as its customers and families.
