Brompton Funds Confirms Amount of 2012 Year End Distributions

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/20/13 -- On December 18, 2012, Brompton announced special distributions for Flaherty & Crumrine Investment Grade Fixed Income Fund (TSX:FFI.UN), Precious Metals Bullion Trust (TSX:PBU.UN), and Taylor North American Equity Opportunities Fund (TSX:TOF.UN), consisting of cash and estimated unit distributions. The actual unit distributions were as follows:

Immediately following issuance, the units were automatically consolidated and as a result, unitholders hold the same number of units after the distribution as they held before it. The adjusted cost base of a holder's units was increased by the amount of the unit distributions effective December 31, 2012.
