                      BRINKER INTERNATIONAL TO PRESENT AT
                             INVESTMENT CONFERENCES


DALLAS (Feb. 21, 2013) - Management of Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT),
will participate in two upcoming investment conferences.  The dates and times of
the presentations are as follows:

  * March 4  - 1:05 p.m. EST (Raymond James' 34(th) Annual Institutional
    Investors Conference to be held   in Orlando)

  * March 12 - 9:20 a.m. EST (Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2013 Consumer &
    Retail Conference to be held in New York City)
