Harry Potter star Bonnie Wright was inspired by the drive of the Harry Potter series and Director David Yates to make films.
Bonnie Wright is ready to work her wizardry behind the scenes as well as in front of the camera for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. As we know, for 9 years she has been juggling school and a movie career. Now she’s ready to make a career movie that Harry Potter Director David Yates is ecstatic about.
Bonnie Wright comments about her future “I’m going to do some work with the editors and the cinematographer and the cameramen.” I couldn’t think of a greater place for the future Director to learn than on the set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
She recently told the Evening Standard that she hopes to use her millions, earned from playing Ginny Weasley in
Harry Potter, to fund her own indie films.
Bonnie says she is also keen to make a fashion statement, and would love to front some campaigns for Prada or Miu Miu. Bonnie wore a strapless Miu Miu frock at Harry Potter’s London premiere two weeks ago, followed by Prada for the New York premiere two days later.
‘I wanted two totally different looks,’ she said. ‘Miu Miu is more of a fun, London, fashion-forward idea and for New York it was more elegant. 'Speaking about her wish to team up with a fashion house, she said: ‘Prada or Miu Miu would be the dream!'
The future of Bonnie Wright's career is unpredictable; Acting, directing or a step into the world of fashion? Only time will tell.
