BioNeutral Group, Inc. : (“BioNeutral”) (OTCBB: BONU), a chemical technology-based Life Science company that intends to commercialize a combinational chemistry-based technology, announced today that it has commenced shipping its Ogiene-M TM formulation, pursuant to the letter of intent entered into on May 26, 2009 between BioNeutral and Mr.
Mold LLC : , a New Jersey based mold

remediation company with operations throughout the northeast.

The Ogiene-M TM formulation removes the odor and stains caused by mold spores when these spores come in contact with water. Mold spores are found in most environments. They become activated with water and the resultant mold can spread quite quickly. The problem is prolific and affects many of the homes in the southern half of the country, especially when the temperature rises and the humidity is high. Ogiene-M TM is used in mold/mildew stain and order elimination to quickly alleviate these problems and rapidly breaks down into harmless substances making it a “Green” solution for the environment.
