Sartiel brings with him extensive experience from innovative life science companies, including Life Technologies and Compugen. In addition, Sartiel held various sales, marketing and business development positions at the bioinformatics company Compugen.



Sartiel is a graduate of the Tel-Aviv University Interdisciplinary program and holds a Masters degree in Molecular Genetics, as well as an MBA. Sartiel was part of the Shiloh team at the university who discovered the ATM gene that helps control cell growth and responses to chemicals and radiation, work that was published in 1995 in Science.
