Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson is pleased to announce that Chris Berger has joined the firm as Managing Director in the firm's New York City office and will serve as Human Resources Practice Leader.


Berger joins Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson from CTPartners, where he was a Principal and exclusively recruited human resources executives for clients nationally and

globally. Earlier, he had a prominent role in the Global Human Resources Practice of Highland Partners, which was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2006. He began his career in executive search with Korn/Ferry International. Earlier in Berger's career, he held leadership positions with Aetna, Inc., as Head of Executive Selection; with a division of Melville/CVS Corporation, as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources & Staffing; and with The May Department Stores Company, as Manager of Executive Recruiting for one of its divisions. He holds a B.A. from The University of Connecticut.
