Mestre,  September 24th 2012. On October 3(rd) and  4th, Banca IFIS will be part
of  the  2012 STAR  Conference,  organized  in  collaboration with Italian Stock
Exchange,  at  the  London  Stock  Exchange  for  the  annual  meeting  with the
International  financial community.  The Banking  Group, represented by Giovanni
Bossi,  Banca  IFIS  CEO,  and  Mara  DI  Giorgio,  Investor  Relation,  will be
participate  in the debate taking part in a series of group meetings and one-to-
one.  The main topic will  be "The excellence of  Italian Companies meets global
investment standards: transparency, liquidity and governance".

The    event  is  organized  with  the  intent  to offer Italian and International
business  analysts and investors a chance  to discuss about the results achieved
so  far and of the  future outlook for small  and medium-size Italian companies,
which represent the excellence of the Italian entrepreneurial sector.
