2012-02-07 13:38:47 - More staff, more offices and the completion of development projects, Barrasford & Bird Worldwide are working well in the recession

2012 is the year of opportunity for both our customers and ourselves at Barrasford & Bird Worldwide. Before the end of January we had already taken on 2 new members of staff and are currently recruiting 6 more. Supplementary to our Head Office in Tavistock, Devon, are two new offices. The first, a Sales Office in Bristol with a new Sales Manager and current vacancies for six new members of staff, and a further office in France, at our Château Resort, Château de la Cazine Golf and Spa Resort. The five star château hotel will open its doors for business on March 1st.

Situated in France’s land of a thousand lakes, beautifully untouched and exuding French chic, Château de la

Cazine and its neighbouring luxury village offer high end five star property for purchase directly bordering the resort’s 18 hole golf course. A number of investment opportunities are available for the purchase of properties during February, including a 150% buyback guarantee, and £10,000 off a fractional purchase of the Château’s Honeymoon suite.

Starting from a small office in Launceston in 2003, Barrasford & Bird Worldwide has steadily been growing. With an initial focus on the Eastern European property market we are now also developing our own resorts through France and Greece, as well as further afield.

Our mission is to develop 10 projects in 10 years. Our first, Halcyon Hills, is set on the Greek island paradise of Samos (www.halcyonhills.co.uk/BBW). Our second, Château de la Cazine (www.chateaudelacazine.com) in Limousin, France is ready to open this March.

We want to make the overseas property market as accessible as possible.
