avVenta Worldwide has partnered with leading technology companies (Adobe, Microsoft, Pointroll and Motif), and is employing best practices from some of the top advertising and IT firms in the world. This focused training program will create and deliver a focused curriculum that instructs students in the core areas of digital technologies: rich media, digital production, creative design, flash animation, and Web development.
'Strong training and continuous employee development are a key part of our business strategy. Our clients have to deliver more engaging and accountable digital marketing and advertising solutions in order to remain competitive,' said Charlene Gruhn, Executive Vice President of avVenta Worldwide. 'By building a strong pipeline of next-generation digital experts who are well-versed in all the latest technologies and applications such as widgets, 3-D animation, applets and rich media, we're ensuring that we have best-in-class resources for the ongoing shift to digital marketing.'
'We congratulate all of our 2008 graduates, new hires and our partners for this achievement that not only showcases the talents and expertise of our graduates, but also demonstrates our mutual commitment to further developing a skilled, specialized workforce that will enable avVenta meet the challenges of the twenty-first century. The number of new students we have already scheduled to train in 2009 is a testament to the success of our partnerships, world class trainers, and the program,' added Jay Noce.
'avVenta is a great partner for us, and based on our success thus far, we are expanding this rewarding program through next year and into other parts of the country,' said Rodolfo Soto, Executive Director of DiTC (Digital Interactive Training Company, an avVenta strategic partner).
