WHAT:

Scholl will be the keynote presenter at the 2013 West Virginia Bioscience Summit on Thursday, February 28, and at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital 2013 Technology Showcase on Thursday, March 14.

Scholl’s keynote addresses will pull from his experience building Diagnostic Hybrids,

a developer and manufacturer of cellular and molecular diagnostic kits, from a four-person startup to a world leader in cell-based and Monoclonal Antibody-based diagnostics. Scholl will explain roadblocks the company faced along the way, and how they successfully followed the path from incubation to exit. He will also discuss how Ohio has developed a more favorable environment for technology-based companies through state assistance and programs that are competitively available to entrepreneurs today.
