Mark J. Behar-Is an Investment & Rental Property Owner of over 26 Rental Properties throughout the Delray & Boynton Beach Area.
Mark also has been a Member of the Cities Code Enforcement-Hearing Board since 2003, and for the last 3-Years has been the Boards Co/Vice-Chair, and he also is a Political Activist.
Due to Hurricane "IKE" that is approaching, Mark is definitely
taking this Tropical Storm & Hurricane Season Seriously.
He has & stocking up of 175-200 Bottles of Water, 150-200 Gallons of Gas, He has 3-New Generators, and all Basic Canned Foods, Paper Goods (Bags of Rags, Paper Towels & Toilet Paper), and/as well as all others basic necessities for not just himself, but also & primarily for his tenants.
For the past year or longer, Mark has been at an 85-90% Vacancy Rate. Now he has a 70-75% Vacancy Rate, but either way he has to put his tenants that supply him with his livelihood & income first.
This year he even is getting ready by offering others "On The Spot-Cash Jobs" as well, and if their daily jobs are shut down due to "No Power", Hurricane Damages, and/or Destruction.
Mark even has some of his "Tenants" on "Stand-By", as well as 2-4 friends of his "On-Call" that are Collage Students that work full-time at "Applebee's" on/off of Linton Blvd & Federal Hwy., in Delray.
Mark say's, "They are All on Stand-By & Ready to Go, At a Calls Notice". "And, We are All gonna re-group after taken care of our own immediate & each others needs, to go out & help out others".
Mark is also gonna be tappin in, and asking his old & good time friend Florida State Rep. Adam Hasner for help as well, and if needed.
