WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/03/10 -- Arctic Glacier Income Fund (TSX: AG.UN) today announced its U.S. subsidiary, Arctic Glacier International Inc., has agreed with the Michigan Attorney General to resolve, without any admission of wrongdoing, all allegations that it violated Michigan's antitrust laws. Under terms of the settlement, the subsidiary has agreed to pay the sum of $350,000 in two instalments in September and December of 2010.
The settlement concludes and resolves all investigations, inquiries, claims and proceedings by the Michigan Attorney General related to any alleged violations of applicable state and federal antitrust laws.
