On April 1 (April Fools Day) on radio stations nationwide, and all week on Shokus Internet Radio:, listeners will be treated to "The Cartoon Carnival Pirate of the Caribbean Special".

On the one-hour program, host Joe Bevilacqua is shanghaied by Trapper Carl DSC, Chippy the parrot, and their marauding band of pirates who takeover the show and send the audience on a wild trip through Disneyland's "Pirates of the Caribbean" ride, including rare tracks never-before heard of Mel Blanc, Paul Frees and others.

Joe Bevilacqua (Joe Bev.) began hosted his new "Cartoon Carnival" radio show for Shokus on Labor Day 2009, becoming an instant hit and rising to become the 2nd most listened to program on the network. The show is averaging

300 to 500 listeners, and currently has 417 fans on its Facebook page.

As the protege of cartoon voice legend Daws Butler (Yogi Bear), the veteran award-winning broadcaster
