APAC Customer Services, Inc. Announces Election of New Board Members

At its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 6, 2008, eight directors were elected to serve on the company's Board for a one year term. Returning directors include

Theodore G. Schwartz, the company's founder, Cindy K. Andreotti, John C. Kraft, John J. Park, and Michael P. Marrow, the company's President and CEO. The newly elected directors are Bhaskar Menon, John L. Workman and Samuel K. Skinner.

Mr. Menon is an independent consultant whose primary focus is along the US-India cross-border investment corridor, and mainly in Information Technology, Business Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry sectors. After many years with Citibank and Merrill Lynch in senior executive positions, in 2000 Mr. Menon co-founded MphasiS Corporation, an IT/BPO company based in New York and Bangalore, India. He spent the last three years as its President before the company was sold to EDS in June 2006.

Mr. Workman is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HealthSouth Corporation, a position he has held since September 2004. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Workman served in various management and executive capacities with U.S. Can Company, including serving as its Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2002, as Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2003, and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2004.

Mr. Skinner previously served on the company's Board of Directors from July 2003 to June 2005. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Management and Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is also Of Counsel to the law firm of Greenberg & Traurig, LLP. Earlier in his career, Mr. Skinner served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Freightways Corporation, a transportation and logistics business, and President of Commonwealth Edison Company and its holding company. Prior to joining Commonwealth Edison, Mr. Skinner served as Secretary of Transportation and Chief of Staff to former President George H. W. Bush. Mr. Skinner is currently a director of Navigant Consulting, Inc., Express Scripts and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc.

Mr. Workman is the chairman of the company's Audit Committee. Mr. Menon has joined the company's Compensation Committee and Mr. Skinner is a member both the company's Audit and Nominating, and Corporate Governance Committees.
