AOC, one of the top global brands in the display market is proud to announce its sponsorship of Natus Vincere, a worldwide leading eSports club. Competitive gaming today is more popular than ever and already has quite a history and so does Na’Vi. In December 2009 they embarked towards success and countless victories with many of their gaming teams. Their Dota 2 team has been fighting in all four of The International tournaments, winning the first season, achieving 2nd place in the 2nd and 3rd seasons and just recently finished The International 4 with a ranking of 7th place. They earned $519,227 of the total $10,928,580 available prize money. Also this year their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team will be participating in a 250,000 US Dollar tournament at gamescom in Cologne, Germany.

Since good gear is crucial for victory and of course a high-end gaming display is needed to ensure perfect visuals for all players, AOC is equipping them with the g2460Pqu monitor as well as supporting them with this dedicated sponsorship. Natus Vincere is not only successful in all these tournaments and gaming leagues but they also interact with their fans intensively via their own webpages, at events and on all of their social media channels. This makes them win the praise of their communities and gather a huge fan base as individual idols while at the same time making eSports even more popular as a gaming genre. This is why AOC decided Na’Vi is the perfect partner to promote the global success of eSports.
“We are very proud to have a strong partner like AOC at our side,” says Alexander “ZeroGravity” Kokhanovskyy, CEO of Natus Vincere. “They are not mere sponsors, but they also support our efforts for the gaming community. It is very important to have a partner at your side which supports you in all efforts since eSports is not only a business but also a passion like other sports such as football or basketball. So I am sure AOC’s contribution to our team and to the community will strengthen the whole eSports scene.”
“We are extremely happy about the partnership with Na’Vi as we have been following this team for a very long time,” resumes Stefan Sommer, Director Marketing & Business Management EMEA of AOC. “The input and feedback for our product development of such an esteemed line-up of players will no doubt be truly beneficial, so we may give all gamers of the world the high-end displays they deserve and need for their superior game. We also hope that with our support; Na’Vi will grow to become an even greater force to be reckoned with.”
