CareerNation’s First Annual HR Strategic Conference is coming to Accra on October 21-23, 2009. The conference will be held at the College of Physicians and Surgeons

The theme of the conference is: “HR- Leading During Times of Change”. The conference offers an insightful overview of the key challenges facing HR departments and provides solutions on how to position activities to facilitate the necessary changes that HR must make to maximise their function’s potential - and hence their business success – for 2010 and beyond. “The ability to respond quickly to changing economic circumstances determines business survival - in both good times and bad. The conference will conclude on October 23rd with a seminar on Building Better Teams, facilitated by Professor Susan Cane, President, and Susan Cane Inc. Massachusetts USA. H.E Stephen Amoanor Kwao, Minister for Employment and Social Welfare is scheduled to deliver the Keynote Speech on the opening day of the conference.
