ANDERTON 'HARASSMENT' CASE HEADS TO COURT

A man accused of harassing British model SOPHIE ANDERTON is set to stand = trial after cops caught him phoning her while she was in a police station= reporting him.
The troubled reality TV star alleges Paul Davis has been bombarding

her= with text messages and phone calls, insisting she's been scared to leave= her house.
Anderton was informing cops about Davis when he rang the star - but eve= n after she handed her cell phone over to a police officer to speak with = him, Davis continued to contact her, according to prosecutor Matthew Dalt= on.
Davis' barrister, Sarah-Jane Smiles, agreed her client did make the cal= ls, but told a court hearing he was "insane at the time," according to Br= itain's The Sun newspaper.
The 58 year old denies harassment.
He was bailed and is due to appear at Kingston Magistrates' Court, Engl= and next month (Feb10).
