ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/10/09 -- What do a President's rider-less horse saddle, Rosa Park's quiet act of defiance, and Abraham Lincoln's casket have in common? They're all part of Reflections: The American Funeral -- a mobile museum that is drawing crowds with its exploration of funeral customs and commemoration of veterans and others who serve our country.
Anderson-McQueen Family Tribute Centers hosts the St. Petersburg stop of the exhibit at Ribfest in Vinoy Park November 13th - 15th.

"Anderson-McQueen is honored to offer the opportunity for people to learn about the history of American funeral traditions," said John McQueen, chief operations officer of Anderson-McQueen. "It is a reminder that we all have the ability to plan in advance for the kind of celebration of our life that we would like and this can be a great help to those we leave behind. I am especially delighted that we can be a part of this event with the Northeast Exchange Club in helping a variety of youth-oriented causes through Ribfest."

Reflections is a 1,000 square foot mobile museum with exhibits that include a display of Abraham Lincoln featuring a reproduction of his casket and tracing the near three-week funeral procession and "The Final Curtain,"
which pays homage to celebrities, including Marilyn Monroe, Dale Earnhardt, Elvis Presley, and new additions for Ted Kennedy and Michael Jackson.
