AmQuip’s Board of Managers today approved the promotion of Frank Bardonaro, Jr. to President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, President and Chief Operating Officer, Bardonaro takes the reins from Richard Bard who will remain as AmQuip’s Chairman.

“On behalf of the Board of Managers, I’m pleased to announce that Frank will take sole charge of our day-to-day business, reporting directly to

the Board,” said Richard Bard. “He has provided the leadership to manage AmQuip successfully through this recessionary downturn, and he has the support of our management team, customers and key suppliers as we move forward together,” he added.
