Bill McGrath, CCIM has spent his entire 25 plus year career in commercial real estate. He joined American Spectrum in September 2000 as a Regional Asset Manager and Leasing Representative, focusing on office management and leasing, multi-family redevelopment, and marketing. In 2005, Bill was promoted to Director of Leasing for the Texas Region overseeing the leasing of the company’s office, retail, and office warehouse portfolio

consisting of over 2.4 million square feet. Bill’s new responsibilities will include evaluating and implementing pro forma performance, meeting target leasing goals, as well as overseeing the Property Management Operations for all owned and Third Party properties in the Texas Region. In addition, Bill will continue to be involved with new business development for the company’s Third Party division where he has recently added in excess of 600,000 square feet to the company’s management and leasing portfolio.
