American Midstream Announces Passing of Board Member David L. Page

DENVER,  CO - November  23, 2012 - American Midstream  Partners, LP (NYSE: AMID)
sadly  announced today that David  L. Page, member of  the board of directors of
the general partner, passed away on November 20, 2012.

Mr.  Page was  a member  of the  board since  February 2010, and  also served as
Chairman of the Executive Committee and formerly a member of the Audit Committee
of  the  general  partner.   Mr.  Page  served  as a management consultant since
February  2002. Prior to working as a  management consultant, Mr. Page served as
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Distribution Dynamics, Inc. from January
2000 until  February 2002. His earlier 
  
    
      
        

	    
  
   career included a  variety of management
roles  at McCown De Leeuw & Co.  from 1994 through 2000. Prior to joining McCown
De  Leeuw &  Co., Mr.  Page was  President and  Chief Executive  Officer of Page
Packaging  Corporation from  1987 through 1993, and  Vice President  and General
Manager of Boise Cascade Corporation from 1959 through 1987.

Brian  Bierbach,  President,  Chief  Executive  Officer  and board member, said,

Dave  was  a  board  member  since  the  early  days  of  our company and was an
accomplished businessman who brought valuable experience to American Midstream.
