Joshua Lefcowitz, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, CFE, ASA – was named to Shareholder in the Business Valuation & Litigation Support Services Group. Mr. Lefcowitz has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting with specific focus on business valuations; forensic accounting; purchase price allocations; valuation of intangible assets and intellectual property, including the valuation of oil and natural gas right in the Marcellus Shale formation; and goodwill impairment testing. He has significant experience with clients in a wide

array of industries, but not limited to: oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, professional services, technology, biotechnology, wholesale distribution and advertising.

Brandon J. Otis, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, CFE – was named to Shareholder in the Business Valuation & Litigation Support Services Group. Mr. Otis has spent his entire career focused on specialized and distinct business consulting matters. He has testified in federal and state court and is a frequent speaker and author on valuation, forensic accounting, and financial management related topics. His clients have ranged across wide variety of industries, including: oil and gas, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, medical practices and construction contractors.

Robert A. Wild – was named to Shareholder and currently serves as Director of the Public Company Services group. Mr. Wild has spent the past 30 years in business development and management roles at professional services and technology firms. He has extensive global experience managing the primary business relationship and complex projects for many of the Tri-state region’s Fortune 500 and large Private Equity backed companies. The projects he has managed include: risk advisory (operational and functional), tax consulting, tax compliance, executive financial consulting, transaction advisory and operational excellence initiatives focused on process improvements within the client’s organization.
