Datatel software and professional services will increase self-service capabilities and enable the College to fully leverage its information technology resources campus-wide.

In addition to providing faculty, staff, students and alumni seamless access to information across the College, Datatel Colleague ® and ActiveAdmissions ® eMarketing software will improve efficiencies by moving critical applications online – putting more power in the hands of users and replacing time-consuming and costly paper-driven processes.

Colleague will replace Alma’s SQL-based Jenzabar Quodata (QX) system, which did not provide the level of integration sought by the school. The decision to move to Colleague was also driven by Jenzabar’s announcement that it will soon discontinue support for its product.
