All the talk, all the predictions and all the speculation stops Saturday when Danica Patrick competes in her first major stock car race. It’s the ARCA Series race at Daytona International Speedway on Saturday – the day before the Super Bowl.

It is safe to say the world will be watching to see how she handles a stock car.

Danica has long been a Go Daddy Girl and Most Popular driver of the IZOD IndyCar Series, driving for Andretti Autosport. In December, Danica announced she would drive the new No. 7 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet in a limited NASCAR Nationwide schedule as well as this ARCA race.

Danica’s long-awaited stock car debut puts her in the sports spotlight one day before she appears in two

GoDaddy-esque Super Bowl commercials.

The Go Daddy Girl races as a member of the JR Motorsports (JRM) team owned by Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Kelley Earnhardt, Tony Eury, Jr. and Rick Hendrick. Eury Jr. is also her crew chief on the No. 7 GoDaddy.com team.

"We have been working hard to prepare for this new challenge," Danica said. "I know I'm in good hands with the tremendous team of Go Daddy and JR Motorsports!"


Danica will be sporting a variety of looks this weekend. There’s her GoDaddy.com - JRM firesuit on Saturday and the not-so-basic fashion styles she’ll don as the Super Bowl Go Daddy Girl.
