In the midst of going for its third consecutive national championship, the Alabama Crimson Tide are also among the best when it comes to going under the Las Vegas betting total in home SEC conference games, according to research from the sports handicapping website Vegas Experts.
The website found that since the start of the 2008 season, one year after the arrival of the team’s head coach Nick Saban, the Crimson Tide have played 21 Southeast conference games at their home stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In those contests, the team has seen 17 matchups finish below the listed number, while three have gone above it. One other game matched the pre-game total.
