2013-02-13 19:52:28 - With the first two phases sold out, Airhart Construction has announced that construction is underway on its third phase of homes at Courthouse Square in downtown Wheaton.
“We are selling and building; the demand is certainly there. Two homes are already sold in phase III, and we are preparing contracts on two more and a deposit on a fifth,” said Court Airhart, president of Airhart Construction. “We look forward to delivering new homes in October.”

Each homeowner has created something unique with this space and has commented that they are enjoying and using the space much more than they thought they would.”
Rooftop terraces are not the only feature that homeowners at Courthouse Square customize. According to Mistele, every home sold has had extensive personalized customization. “Buyers have customized their homes in a variety of ways, from a private elevator that can be installed now or planned for future use, bay windows, custom trim work and cabinetry, to walk-in showers. One relocated their kitchen by moving it to the center from the back of their home,” she said.
