dated February 13, 2013, regarding a change in the shareholding of the said
shareholder.

According to the announcement, Vimpu Intressenter's shareholding in Ahlstrom
Corporation has on February 13, 2013, exceeded 10% (1/10) of the share capital
and voting rights. Vimpu Intressenter now owns 4,695,000 shares of Ahlstrom
Corporation, which represents 10.06% of the share capital and voting rights of
Ahlstrom Corporation.

Ahlstrom's share capital consists of 46,670,608 shares, each entitling to one
vote.
