members of its management team will host the company's annual Analyst Day for
institutional investors on March 27, 2013 at the New York Stock Exchange. The
event will be held between 8:30 am and 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time
and will be webcast via the Investor Relations section of the company's Web site
(www.aglresources.com). A replay of the event and accompanying presentations
also will be available on the Investor Relations section of the company's Web
