Smith has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Technical Officer. Smith brings over 15 years of organizational and software management experience
with technology leaders such as Benefitfocus and General Electric. In this role, Smith will be responsible for the overall management and expansion of Acadia's global products and services. 'The HCM and Workforce Productivity markets will continue to see double digit growth, and Acadia is uniquely positioned to take advantage of that growth', says Smith. The company will look to Smith to revolutionize its products and services to meet the growing demands within the HCM and workforce productivity markets.

Smith has also served as a leader in General Electric and several startup organizations. Smith holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a MBA from Georgia Tech.
